1. Service Overview

StellarPlay.io is a peer-to-peer (P2P) prediction platform built on the Stellar blockchain network. The platform connects users who wish to make predictions on cryptocurrency price movements and sports match outcomes.

2. How It Works

Users submit predictions by sending XLM (Stellar Lumens) to the platform's public wallet with a unique memo identifier. Winning users receive their proportional share of the pool minus the service fee. All transactions are recorded on the Stellar public blockchain and can be independently verified by anyone.

3. Service Fee

A service fee is deducted from the total pool before distribution to winners. The current fee percentage is displayed in real-time on each game screen before you place a prediction. This fee covers platform operation, hosting, development, and maintenance costs.

4. Transparency & Verification

• All payments and payouts are on-chain Stellar transactions — publicly verifiable on stellar.expert
• Cryptocurrency prices are sourced from Binance public API — independently verifiable
• Each prediction round includes a "Verify on Binance" link with the exact timestamp
• World Cup results are sourced from official sports data providers
• The platform cannot manipulate prices or results — all data sources are public and external

5. Fair Play

• One-sided pools (all users predict the same outcome) are automatically voided and refunded
• Draw results (price unchanged) trigger automatic refunds minus a small processing fee
• Users may predict on multiple outcomes in the same round
• There is no maximum entry limit — users balance risk against each other
• Anti-abuse systems are in place to protect all users

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use StellarPlay.io. You are solely responsible for determining whether participating in prediction games is legal in your jurisdiction. The platform does not perform identity verification (KYC) and relies on users to comply with their local laws.

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own prediction decisions
• Only use funds you can afford to lose
• Verify your wallet address before submitting — transactions on Stellar are irreversible
• Ensure the correct memo is included with every payment
• Check your local laws and regulations before participating

StellarPlay.io is provided for entertainment purposes only. The platform makes no guarantees of profit and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through participation. Predictions involve risk, and past outcomes do not indicate future results.

9. Platform Rights

• The platform reserves the right to void any round and issue full refunds at its discretion
• The platform may pause or modify services for maintenance, security, or technical reasons
• Service fees and game parameters may be adjusted with changes reflected in real-time on the platform
• The platform may restrict access from certain jurisdictions as required by law

10. Force Majeure

The platform is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to: Stellar network outages, data provider failures, internet disruptions, regulatory changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, affected rounds may be voided and refunded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StellarPlay.io and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. Your use of StellarPlay.io is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
